Biography

Lisa Goodfellow has a 30 year career in the housing sector. She has been in the position of  Senior Program Administrator of the Social and Affordable Housing Unit within the City of Ottawa for the last 15 years.   She is responsible for the administration and oversight of social and affordable housing programs-post development,  including non-profits, cooperatives, and the coordinated access system. This has involved overseeing legislative requirements and operating agreements, along with developing, implementing, monitoring and auditing housing policy and programs.  Lisa has been actively engaged with both local and provincial housing stakeholders to review and develop progressive housing policy.  Prior to working with the City of Ottawa, Lisa worked within the private housing sector in a variety of positions including: Property Manager, Certified Real Estate Appraiser, and Mortgage Underwriter, all within both the residential and commercial real estate sector.  Lisa holds a Bachelors of Commerce, Honours Degree and has  obtained a Certified Real Estate Appraiser designation.
