Stephen is the Manager of Housing Services for the City of London and the executive lead of the Housing Development Corporation, London. He has worked in municipal administration for over 25 years in a variety of leadership roles in social and community services, homeless prevention, and housing.
Stephen has led multiple community plans and strategic initiatives including the creation of the Housing Development Corporation, London which he currently oversees.
Stephen has a degree in political science from Wilfrid Laurier, a Masters Certificate in Municipal Management from the Schulich School of Business and Management Foundations from the Ivey School of Business. Stephen is a founding Charter Member of the Canadian Chartered Institute of Housing and a graduate of the Coaching and Executive Leadership programs from the Coaches Training Institute in California.
