Pricing

Registration includes access to all plenary sessions, workshops and networking events over the two-day conference. Pricing is as follows:

Updated Deadline: Register by December 1, 2024 to take advantage of the early bird discount! Your registration will be confirmed via email once we have received your payment in full. Only payments by credit card or cheque will be accepted.

Please note: To register under the group discounted rate you need to register three or more people from the same organization. All rates subject to HST.

Cancellation policy: Registrations can only be cancelled prior to February 14, 2025, there will be a 3%  processing fee deducted from your refund. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the event without additional charge. To request a cancellation or to make a change please email events@hscorp.ca
