Julie Favreau

Julie Favreau the founder of Fi3, a consultant firm specialized in impact real estate, at the intersection of the community, philanthropic and private sectors. Julie Favreau conceives, positions, and deploys projects in three main fields of expertise, namely:

• Public policy in housing and urban revitalization

• The development of real estate projects in the residential, commercial, cultural, heritage, religious, community, private or affordable fields

• The design and deployment of investment products emphasizing social impact.

Julie Favreau is a lawyer, member of the Québec Bar, a governance expert and certified ASC. She studied strategic management at Harvard University and contributes to the board of the Olympic Park and YWCA in Montreal.
