Lori-Anne Gagne

Lori-Anne joined “Vic Park” in 2014 bringing with her over 30 years of experience in social housing. She began her social housing career in 1986 with a development consulting firm in Northern Ontario.

In 1992, Lori-Anne launched her own property management firm in Sudbury, Marlor Management, specializing in non-profit and co-operative housing. During her 14-year tenure, Lori-Anne gained an appreciation of the challenges faced by providers in trying to deliver safe, affordable, community housing.  Lori-Anne relocated to southern Ontario in 2006 to join the Agency for Co-operative Housing and in 2009 she joined HSC as Manager of Stakeholder Relations before joining Victoria Park.

In 2020 Lori-Anne received the ONPHA Sybil Frenette Award for Outstanding Leadership and the team at Victoria Park is actively pursuing their vision to advance, grow and protect the affordable housing sector.
