Biography
As a woman of colour and an immigrant adoptee settler, Nadine’s identity shapes her commitment to fostering community engagement and advancing equitable development. Currently, she serves as the Development Coordinator at Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society, where she is committed to fostering inclusive and safe spaces that empower individuals to thrive. With a background in planning, Nadine has worked as a planning analyst and contributed to developing a liveability plan centered on strategic community development. Her experience includes strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable design principles, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life for communities. Nadine is privileged to live and work on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) First Nations. She is committed to advocating for socially and environmentally responsible development practices, striving to drive positive change and ensure that all voices are heard and valued in the process.
