Sébastien Parent-Durand
Biography
Sébastien Parent-Durand is a multidisciplinary professional. Currently director general of the Alliance of Affordable Housing Corporations of the Quebec Territory (ACHAT), he has extensive experience in the fields of public policy, education and media. He held the position of chief of staff in the Plateau Mont-Royal borough, contributing to the development of public policies and the creation of partnerships. Before that, he worked at TVA as a subtitling attendant and at the Ministry of Education as a French uniform proofreader. Sébastien holds a master’s degree in literary studies from the University of Quebec in Montreal and has skills in team management, project management, networking, public relations and communications. He speaks French and English fluently. His career demonstrates his commitment to public service and his desire to improve the quality of life of communities.
